Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickPro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About QuickPro

QuickPro is a marketplace that connects clients seeking event and personal services with independent service professionals. QuickPro facilitates the connection and payment process but is not a party to the service agreement between client and professional.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use QuickPro services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. For Clients

As a client, you may search for professionals, request bookings, and communicate with professionals through the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information about your service needs and to pay for booked services through our payment system.

5. For Professionals

As a professional, you represent that you have the necessary skills, licenses, and insurance to provide the services you list. You agree to honor accepted bookings and maintain accurate availability. QuickPro charges a 10% platform fee on completed bookings.

6. Bookings and Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. Clients pay the full service amount upon booking confirmation. Professionals receive payment (minus the platform fee) after service completion. Cancellation policies apply as follows:

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the booking: full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before: no refund

7. Reviews

Clients may leave reviews after completed bookings. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and not contain abusive or defamatory content. QuickPro reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Circumvent the Platform's payment system
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Post spam, promotional content, or fake reviews
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

QuickPro is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by professionals. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of services booked through the Platform. Disputes should first be addressed between the client and professional, with QuickPro available to mediate if needed.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings or by contacting support.
